You can only get 100% wet. So once you reach that point, increasing wetness is of no concern afterwards.

Every once in a great while, we find ourselves as bikers confronted by something more powerful than clouds, less moveable than the Earth, and as miraculous as the day is long. Yes, I’m alluding ever so artfully to rain. Lots of it and in large quantities. It happens.
When confronted by this there isn’t much you can do, especially when there is no shelter near by. So what are your options?
If it doesn’t kill you, it makes you stronger. Use the situation as an opportunity for growth. Sometimes when the body feels miserable, your soul is telling you to fly. Go with that.
It reminds me of one of my favorite movie scenes of all time in Casablanca. It’s the one scene that best symbolizes how people can react to adversity. And so my recommendation in this situation is to sing the Marseillaise, or something similar.
We’re not in a war with cars and their drivers, but we are in a revolution to make this planet a better place. Sometimes that involves sacrifice and setting an example, like Victor Laszlo.
Ride out the storm with a smile on your face and love in your heart and power in your voice.
